How can we add these styles for blocks also?

Thanks for open this discussion; We are working on two other module beside this one:
Bootstrap Styles Which allows to add more styles plugins like what you can see now in style tab (Background Color, background media, padding, margin,...etc); so you can choose styles plugins you want or create your custom plugins from custom modules then reuse them in sections or blocks.
I released the alpha version of this module early this week and it works with bootstrap layout builder V2.x.
For blocks Layout Builder Blocks we are working to release the alpha version this week or early next week which will provide the functionality to use the mentioned plugins with blocks.
