Problem/Motivation

The gutters surrounding the sidebars are zero width in ver. 3.0.0-rc1. They had sensible values in ver. 2.0.6, see screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce

Set up a website with custom text blocks in Sidebar first and sidebar second, and some text in the main page content area. Observe that the gutters separating the columns are zero width.

Proposed resolution

Restore the behaviour of ver. 2.0.6 in the 3.0.x branch.

Fixed by #3333397: Regression: Most classes are missing after Classy was removed as base theme
