  • Remove classy and stabe if enabled (via hook)
  • Add CSS to fix multiple issues

It looks like the removal of Classy also caused most classes to get removed, see #3333397: Regression: Most classes are missing after Classy was removed as base theme. Should restoring classes be handled here, or in that issue?
