With releases 7.x-3.18 and later a bug has been introduced.

You can see the issue in /user/X/edit form. You need to have the following modules enabled to see the issue (content disapear).

  • ckditor: Rich text editor settings fieldset is expanded by default, but should be collapsed. Content is not shown.
  • metatags: Meta tags fieldset is expanded by default, but should be collapsed. Content is not shown.
  • redirect: URL redirects fieldset is expanded by default, but should be collapsed. Content is not shown

As a quick fix I have downgraded to 7.x-3.17.
