drag-and-drop handles for Taxonomy terms not working [#2838947]

The taxonomy terms drag-and-drop handles are not working. I can't see the diffrence between the parents and children and can't modifiy them.

This is likely a symptom of the above related issue.

Please update to the latest release/dev version.
