The link plugin on CKeditor works correctly at
/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/samples/
But on site (test server on wamp and on remote server) the dialogue never opens (just get the "Loading..." message).
Have tried with alternative themes and does not change behaviour. Have tried uninstalling and re-installing CKeditor module but no difference. Happy to provide additional information - please specify what is required.
Website has the multilingual modules installed other than that nothing very special (juicebox, views slideshow, libraries).

I am using Bootstrap theme as default but for admin / editing pages I am using Seven theme.
I have just tried editing content through the Bootstrap theme (after unselecting the "use the administration theme when editing or creating content" checkbox setting on the /admin/appearance page) and the link dialogue NOW WORKS. So this is a workaround. But it appears to be an issue that the link dialogue does not pop up when editing content through a non site-default theme.
nod_Not a core issue.
jonodunnett commentedConfirmed not core issue. Works as it should if main site theme is a core theme. Only an issue if Bootstrap is main site theme and content editing theme is an alternative theme.

markhalliwellIt is a core issue, but a duplicate of this one.
