According to the documentation, if I copy the template files from bootstrap/theme and put it inside the templates folder of my subtheme, they will override the one in the parent theme. However, this seems only works for *.tpl.php, but not for *.func.php or *.vars.php. For hooks in *.func.php or *.vars.php, I'll need to put them in template.php or include them from there.

I think it's a good idea to maintain similar file system structure as the parent theme, so I'd like to suggest that *.func.php and *.vars.php are also picked up for overriding, and they can be nested as the parent theme(bootstrap) does.

Thanks,

Burke

Thanks - good to know it's fixed in dev. I did a search but was not able to locate the duplicated one.
I like this theme and thanks for the great work.
