I just installed Bootstrap 3, but the main menu doesn't look right. What have I done wrong? I would like to use fixed to top nav bar. Thanks.

Seems as though you're trying to render your main menu via block module, rather than "admin/structure/menu/manage/main-menu". You should use default main-menu rendering and remove your block from the navigation region.

Had the same issue - removed all blocks from Navigation region, but Main Menu is shown only after clearing the cache and only on current page. If i go to any other - again no menu, just logo..

For anyone that wants to use a block in the navigation as a menu:
