This issue is related to sub theming Bootstrap theme.
I am getting a "page not found" in the Recent log messages Reports from Drupal. It has a severity warning, but it is annoying to know that browsers will try to get a non existent file.
It is something related to bootstrap/includes/theme.inc, in the implamentation of hook_js_alter().
In my theme I've wrote this code to fix the issue:
/**
* Implements hook_js_alter().
*/
function my_theme_js_alter(&$js) {
// Excluding the "bootstrap.js" from bootstrap theme
$excludes[drupal_get_path('theme', 'bootstrap') . '/bootstrap/js/bootstrap.js'] = array();
$js = array_diff_key($js, $excludes);
}
I got this issue under version 7.x-2.0-beta3, but it will be nice if someone tests under 7.x-2.x-dev and 7.x-3.x-dev.
I could not find anyone.
Please, note the priority of this issue: MINOR.
Thanks.

markhalliwellThis is actually a dup of the patch in #1957620-1: [META] Refactor code to allow for either CDN or sub-theme source files. which gets rid of this problem.
