When I add the bootstrap folder (downloaded from http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/) to the theme folder, git refuses to add it, and it won't get added to the commit until I change the name of the folder to something like bootstrap_js, and then edit the .info file to match the path. Anyone else have this issue?

wundo commentedThis is happening because you're using a old version from our code, please update to beta2 or latest dev.
The .gitignore file which causes this behaviour has been removed from our code.
wundo commentedAlso, please not that in latter versions you can also use an CDN provided bootstrap.css, so there is no need for you to download the .zip file from github anymore.
Cheers,
