This patch adds a "bookmarks" link to the global links list and fixes a bug that displayed the bookmarks block even if the user didn't have the proper access.

I would suggest you upgrade to a more actual Drupal version, since the bookmarks module evolved a lot (including a lot of other improvements thoughout the system :) These bugs are not present in the current version.

FWIW, my Drupal install is 4.3.2. I used bookmarks.module 4.2.0 only because it is the latest non-CVS version, and the CVS version does not work with 4.3.2.
