I'm using Book Manager to enable my users to create personal books, but it is forcing all enabled content types to become new books, missing the "none" option.

My authenticated users have permissions through book manager module to create personal books and add content to personal books. They do not have regular book permissions.

At the content creation screen, under the "book" section, the default option is set to "Create New Book" and there are no other options.

Is there a way to have "none" be a choice and have it default to none? The standard book core module defaults to a "none" option.

Thanks

Further Information:

Use of the module on the sponsor's website gives the permissions for the example's use of Book Manager to use permissions seen in the below screenshot.

This permissions setup allows users to see and add content to other user's books, and global books. If you don't want users to be able to add content to global books or other user's books, you would uncheck "add content to book" in the Book Module?

If you do uncheck "add content to book" in the book module, then the user is forced to create a new book or ad the node to an existing book, by book module every time they create content which is of a type that can be added to a book. There is not even a "none" option.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. When my users have the same permissions you mentioned, and the content type being added is a valid book outline in admin/content/book/settings I get the <none> option as you requested. I tested this on both CVS HEAD and 6.x-1.3. @StratisFear can you provide any more information that might help me reproduce this bug?
