After running Functional Accessibility Evaluator 1.1 from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on the boldy.d7.garethalexander.co.uk demo site.
Under Navigation & Orientation in the Subheadings (h2..h6) section there is:
Fail: 1 page (of 31) with this error
Each subheading element (h2..h6) must have text content.
Warn: 1 page (of 31) with this warning
Each subheading element (h2..h6) should have text content exclusive of the alt text of any img elements it contains.

the_g_bomb commentedI think this was primarily down to the comment headings. In this demo site I switched off comment headings so while the headings were still being output, they were all empty.
Addition of a cheeky wee if statement in the comment tpl sorted that out nicely.
