Hi, and thanks for the great theme, its really nice.

I don't appear to have the bottom or footer regions defined in the theme which are shown on the screenshot. Is there an issue?

REF : Screenshot

All Regions showed in the screenshot are already available in the theme.

Blocks Title as bottom - coming from bottom region.
There is a bottom region, you need to enable the blocks in to same region.

Blocks in Dark Gray Section - coming from footer region.
There is a footer region, you need to enable the blocks in to same region. CSS is already written which will float your blocks.
