but can we please move the settings to the new D7 vertical tabs? It cleans up the block edit page.

@morningtime, that's the first thing I wanted to do when I started the D7 port, but then I saw that all the vertical tabs from the block configuration form are grouped on visibility settings so I couldn't just throw another tab in there with custom block theme settings.

The alternative was to make another group of vertical tabs, but that looked very odd with only one tab, so I decided to keep the fieldset like in the D6 version.

I'm willing to reconsider this in the future, maybe if we add some more features to this module and that would justify creating a new vertical tabs group. For now, I will release 7.x-1.0-beta1 as the first 7.x stable release.
