Blockcache Alter -> Installing: how does it interact with the minimum cache lifetime?

it's the third issue i post in seconds -> i swear - no more questions, but i hope others will profit by this too ...

1) if i choose a lower value for the recreation time of a block then the "minimum cache lifetime" of the performance settings - which value is stronger?

example:
minimum cache lifetime: 1 hour
block setting: 1800 seconds

2) if i say in the following scenario in the block settings:
recreate cache after "node add" and i generate a new node, will the block refresh directly or after 1 hour

example:
minimum cache lifetime: 1 hour
block setting: recreate after "node operations"

3) is there a documentation page of this module - maybe i can put the answers there ...
