If I set blockanimate or manually apply class="wow fadeIn" to an item in a .tpl, I'm finding that my Superfish menus (css dropdown menus) are behind the other content, but if those areas or blocks containing the Superfish menus do no use an animate/wow animation the menus display correctly on in front/top of all other content.
Is there a way to control this automatic z-index alteration that animate_css/wowjs/blockanimate is applying to those areas to ensure the z-index isn't changed or is easily altered per block?
I'm going to try adjusting the z-index for each item with some inline CSS but it seems like the z-index shouldn't be altered in the first place.

GoddamnNoise commentedThe blockanimate module doesn't change the z-index value. You can check the wow.js library documentation here and the animate.css library documentation here. The wow.js module loads the wow.js library and the blockanimate module provides an admin interface to use the wow.js library easily on a Drupal site. If the z-index is changed, it must be something related with the wow.js or the animate.css libraries.
