Do not capitalize first letters in project's name

The module's name in the module list is correctly displayed as 'Block edit and save', but its project's page says 'Block Edit and Save Buttons'. You need to:

a) Not capitalize the project name's first letters except the first letter of the first word (drupal coding standards).

b) Decide if it is called 'Block edit and save' or 'Block edit and save buttons' and keep that name everywhere (for consistency).
