I have a Drupal and Menalto Gallery install and they work together via the Drupal Gallery module: http://drupal.org/project/gallery You can see my site at http://www.goetting.de/en/multimedia In the right sidebar there's a block called "Download Area" with a JS tree of all Downloads and some extra links (e.g. view slideshow and rss feed). As soon as I enable the Block refresh module the Gallery Navigation Block disappears. It doesn't matter whether I enable Block Refresh for that block or not, Drupal just doesn't paint it as long as the Block Refresh Module is enabled. I I disable Block Refresh the Gallery Navigation Block re-appears instantly.

It might be that the JavaScript in the Gallery Navigation Block collides with Block Refresh, I don't understand enough about programming to check. It could also be that init_theme interferes with the Navigation Block. However the random picture blocks appear always and Block Refresh even refreshes them just fine.

I am not familiar with the Gallery Navigation block or the Gallery module in general. I will take a look at it and see if/what needs to be fixed. If you have any other information you can provide, please let me know!

I have installed Menalto Gallery with the Drupal Gallery module. I have enabled/disabled and uninstalled/reenabled the Block Refresh module and do not have any issues. The Gallery Navigation block appears the whole time. Block Refresh also works as expected on the configured block on pages with the Gallery Navigation block.

I am assuming that the block "Download Area" on your site is a separate block, not part of Menalto Gallery or the Drupal Gallery module, is this correct? Could you let me know how I could duplicate the JS Tree block?

Unfortunately since I cannot duplicate the problem, at this point I cannot offer any assistance. If you can provide more information for me I will do my best to look into it for you!

Sorry for the late reply. You can consider this fixed in Block Refresh 6.x-1.0-alpha2. Whatever you changed in between also made this issue go, thank you! :)

@lachralle The only difference between alpha1 and alpha2 is that Block Refresh is now usable without clean URLs. Not sure if your site is setup with clean URLs or not (or possibly the Gallery Navigation block doesn't use clean URLs). In either case, I am glad that Block Refresh is now working for you!! Thanks for letting me know!
