If block is configured in the context module then the refresh is not working, this was clarified by removing the block from the context module and the block refresh starts working. I don't know what exactly is the problem.

Just to maybe clarify what the author was saying: When a block is displayed due to conditions satisfied by the Context module, rather than through the traditional blocks config screen, Block Refresh doesn't get enabled for that block.

This patch should make the Block Refresh module aware of any blocks produced by a Context reaction (Drupal 6). Feedback welcome.
