I did a fast port to 5.0, it's attached. It has some modifications to the user hook to add bio info on the user page. You'll also need the info file:

description = Lets users create biographies

hi,

thanks for the patch, but, it allows users to create more than one bio...

i dont see edit bio menu at all.
