Option to change pager type. [#1993958]

Biblio always uses the full pager by default. In InnoDB this is expensive. We're trying to reduce DB load and would like to use a lighter pager.

Here's my patch. It's real simple. It uses the biblio_pager variable instead of hardcoding 'pager' as the pager type for all pagers.
