Problem/Motivation

While validating SDC metadata, Belgrade reports:

sdc.belgrade.content-pane — Slot "content" must have title
sdc.belgrade.fieldset-pane — Slot "content" must have title
Both component metadata files define the content slot with description only, but no title.
