Fixed price support for special night price alterator

The "Special Night" price alterator supports now fixed prices.

You can now:
* enable the "price alterator" submodule
* set up https://www.drupal.org/project/feeds to import your prices from external files (xml, csv, json)
* sell your units on daily fixed price
