It should be mentioned that only supports Pheanstalk version below 2.1.0 or add support for version 3.1.0

I will need to do some work here. I am going to be creating a 2.x development branch which will change from using Libraries API to Composer Manager which is going to remove a heap of code and will also mean that because it is using composer then I will be able to specify the version of pheanstalk library that is needed and and the correct version is installed.

Changed to feature request of v2.

I have updated the documentation of v1.0 to show that it only works on pheanstalk 2.1 and below.

V2 has been changed to use Composer Manager but the dependency is still on v2.1 but this be will changred to 3.x
