Port to Drupal 7.x

Is there a d7 module to try?
I have no experience with patching.

What are the timeframe for the 7.x-2?

I have done some work on the port to 7.x. You can access what is currently available here: http://drupal.org/node/199898/git-instructions/7.x-1.x

It is not done, but does mostly work. I have been rather busy with other things, so progress has temporarily halted. I do hope to complete it soon, however.

Thanks, I have tried it but without luck. I get this when I try to enter the config

Fatal error: Call to undefined function file_directory_path() in /home/merchiac/public_html/crmiac.com/sites/all/modules/basic_webmail/basic_webmail.module on line 411

Commented out the 411 for the mean time but when I visit *.com/basic_webmail I see the mailbox but it just says error and I´m not able to do anything..

Stellan, so that I am clear, are you using the patch that is attached to this issue, or the code in the repository.

If you are referring to the attached patch, I am not going to attempt to address those issues, as I have not even looked at the code. If Aleks wants to address them, I'll leave that up to him(her?).

If you are referring to my code, you should open up a separate issue, as it does not pertain to the attached patch.

I added the 7.x-1.x branch so that it will show up on the main page, but it will take a while before drupal.org publicizes it.

Any updates on when the D7 module with views integration will be released?

Although there are probably still bugs in it, there is a 7.x-1.x-dev release available for download that should work. I'm marking this issue as fixed. If you find any problems, please open a new issue.
