Release notes

After releasing the new version of basic for Drupal 7, some improvments are now backported to D6. Also some formating fixes, some CSS improvements and simplification, and a new feature : now you can choose f you want to use the Zen tabs directly from the theme settings page.

Still no great documentation... I know, we stink :(
