Thank you Steve for updating Basic 7. That helps a lot. This is my favourite starter theme.
I noticed a couple edits are needed.

1. The layout.css file now has 2 of everything. Did you mean to duplicate the file?

2. There's a typo on line 9. Sideabr Right should be Sidebar Right
or isn't the proper term now, Sidebar Second? The typo is repeated in Line 120 in the duplicate section.

3. Line 8 and Line 119: Sidebar Left should be Sidebar First

I've noticed this as well. Should we just delete the duplicate CSS?
