Well, there's a lot of debate to still have about which color scheme should be the default. I'd like to see Ice. Currently it's "Bartik default" (which I'll rename "Slate").... but mostly in order to get Bartik into core, we have to change the default to Blue Lagoon (as per webchick's request.)

So let's do it.
