is this module usable to host images on AWS S3? I'm currently using the AmazonS3 Module for that, but it seems to be incompatible with my hosting setup so I'm looking for replacements.

you can upload images by using the file field widget and the images will be uploaded to aws s3 as well. the images will be shown as any other attachment and they are not rendered in place as an image.
