Reopen the edit page after the browser crashed in IE8 will lose the ID opeartion. So we can't find the "Ignore" and "Restore" buttons. Here are the screenshot in IE9 and IE8

That's... bizarre. I'm not sure how to replicate that. (I don't have IE 8 easily available, and I'm not sure how to crash it.) Is this something you can reliably reproduce?

Patches welcome here but I don't know that I can be much help.
