Molule only works for anonymous users.

The site I'm working on is set to let only administrators create a new user. When I create a path to create a user with a expecific role and try to access this path, drupal says I haven't access to it even if I'm logged as admin. I think it happened cause the module uses the user/register path. Only anonymous users have access to this path and drupal disables it when the site is configured this way.

What I wanted just to create a link to admins to create users users with a specific role. I installed this module to test if it solves my problem cause the description says it does just exactly what I needed, but after installing, it don't worked the way I expected only cause this something that seems to be a very little issue.
