Creating separate containers for each module overcrowds the admin/config/ page. Therefore the admin pages of Auto Assign Role should be put into the existing 'People' container.
I decided to render them as two local tabs within one item, so we have one configure path that can be given in autoassignrole.info. If the module gets split in two (#1106946: Proposal: Split up module into 'Auto Assign Role' and 'Self Assign Role'), the alternative of two separate menu items should be reconsidered.

panchoDon't think that the 102 fails come from my patch, but don't have the time to analyse it atm.
However, some tests may need to be adapted to the moved admin pages.

Patch doesn't apply anyway, though yea, not sure if it's needed.
