I have removed the Organic Groups Code from the Author Pane Template and our Forum Theme's author pane template, but all Forum Posts and Comments still list the author's groups. Most of our users are members of a lot of groups, so this is really irritating. We recently moved hosts and updated Author Pane and can not figure out why the groups are still showing after having removed the code from these two templates.

Scyther commentedCan you tell me in what files and what code you have removed specifically.

weavolution commentedI've edited the following code in author-pane-block.tpl.php
if (isset($og_groups)):print t('Groups');:print $og_groups;endif;to
/*if (isset($og_groups)):print t('Groups');:print $og_groups;endif; */I've edited author-pane.tpl.php
to read
/*if (isset($og_groups)):print t('Groups');:print $og_groups;endif; */I think that is all I have edited so far. I took something out of a css somewhere, but I can't quite remember.
Thanks

Scyther commentedWhere do you find the file
author-pane-block.tpl.php?And you are using Author Pane 6.x-2.2 ?
Are you using Advanced Forum, if so, what version of it?

weavolution commentedOops I'm so embarrassed. I used the Dev module and finally figured out which author_pane.tpl.php file it was in! My apologies and thanks for the attempts to help!
FYI, if anyone else comes across this our template was only in the www folder rather than being in the public_html folder as well.
Thank you to the wonderful drupal community!
