ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

The Drupal ATS project is an open-source Applicant Tracking System built on Drupal, and sponsored by Esteemed.

An applicant tracking system (ATS) is a software platform for talent acquisition that optimizes the recruitment process and automates administrative tasks in hiring. Applicant tracking systems act as a repository where hiring managers can create and post job openings, collect and organize applications, and evaluate candidates to match the best applicant with each open role.

Applicant Tracking Systems are closely related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, but they are tuned to facilitate a screening and hiring workflow. The Drupal ATS project will integrate Mautic

The system will feature both Standard and Recruiter versions. The Standard will have no dependency on Mautic, or any CRM components. It is meant purely for Talent Acquisition. The Recruiter version will feature the CRM and Marketing Automation features of Mautic. This will enable a Recruiter / Staffing company to acquire prospective clients whom they can market Talent they have acquired via the ATS. It will also provide useful Marketing Automation features to promote engagement from both Clients, and prospective Candidates for permanent or contract placement.
