I've the OpenAtrium 1.5 installation. I installed all the Atrium Scrum modules (also all dependent modules of course). I see that there is menu item "scrum" in the "features" menu, but I cannot see it in the menu. Also if we try to access the /scrum path - I get the "You are not authorised to access this page". I'm doing it with user 1 - so I beleive I should have access to any page :)

What can cause such a problem? How to properly enable Atrium Scrum?

Do you still have this problem? Have you enabled all the scrum extensions in the group's feature settings?
