Not able to edit story title

I have a site which makes use of organic groups and there appears to be an issue within the group areas with aquasoft. When a story is created the edit facilities at the head of the story appear but once submitted and later viewed the edit facilities are not available. This is the case for administrator as well as users. At first testing it would appear that outside the group areas there is no issue.

By the way - a great theme which I am desperate to use.
