Testing this theme at http://d-theme.com/aqua_fish. The default menu setup looks weird. How did you set up your demo site for the menu bar? Can it handle multiple level drop down menu?

I have added lost files. You could view changes in official release.

Regarding to you question:

1.In my demo site menu was performed by primary links.

2. This theme was based on Plutado Blue theme, so the 99% of code comes from there. I have made many changes in graphics and a few changes in code. So functional is the same as in Plutado Blue theme.
