Hi! I need support concering the configuration of the module with subdomains. Let's say the domain of my institution is foo.com and in the server I have a multisite Drupal installation with the following sites: www.foo.com, foo.com/subdomain1 and foo.com/subdomain2. Each one of this sites has its own directory in sites/:

sites/foo.com
sites/subdomain1.foo.com
sites/subdomain2.foo.com

The settings.php files of each one of these sites was modified as indicated in the README.txt file of the module, i.e., adding the following lines at the end:

$conf['cache_backends'][] = 'sites/all/modules/apc/drupal_apc_cache.inc';
$conf['cache_default_class'] = 'DrupalAPCCache';

$conf['page_cache_without_database'] = TRUE;
$conf['page_cache_invoke_hooks'] = FALSE;

This works perfectly for the site www.foo.com but breaks both foo.com/subdomain1 and foo.com/subdomain2. In the log registry I get the message:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'indb.menu_links_visibility_role' doesn't exist: SELECT rid FROM {menu_links_visibility_role} WHERE mlid = :mlid; Array ( [:mlid] => 337 ) en menu_item_visibility_load() (línea 49 de /var/www/drupal/sites/all/modules/menu_item_visibility/menu_item_visibility.module).

Everything goes back to normal if I comment the added lines to settings.php of both foo.com/subdomain1 and foo.com/subdomain2. By trial and error, I also realize that, the first line is irrelevant for the problem but the other three are not, i.e., if the first line is left uncommented, everything works but as soon as I uncomment the second or any of the others alone, everything breaks again.
I would appreciate some support here. Thanks very much in advance.

Try an unique cache_prefix in settings.php for each (sub)domain e.g.:
$conf['cache_prefix'] = 'subdomain_name';
