The procedure requires the Chaos Tools Page Manager module, but the documentation does not mention this anywhere. Nor is the Page Manager module listed as a dependency.

(Yeah, I spent about an hour or two hunting around before I figured this out... I'm new to the Panels 3 and Chaos Tools stuff... I imagine there are others out there like me who might need some help with this.)

It's been a while since I've worked on other people's modules and docs on D.O., so I was unaware that I was able to update your docs pages directly. Live and learn, live and learn.

In any case, I usually open an issue to make sure I'm not going off the deep end, and we should track docs issues IMO.
