Problem/Motivation

Trying to send the User Password reset email gives this error:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.

TypeError: The body must be a string, a resource or null (got "Drupal\Core\Render\Markup"). in Symfony\Component\Mime\Email->html() (line 304 of /var/www/html/vendor/symfony/mime/Email.php).
