I had a programmer make this. It only works with an edited version of the Amazon module that i am also uploading. The details of the error can be found here: http://drupal.org/node/1510816#comme . hopefully others will find this module useful and someone will edit it to be able to work with the regular Amazon module. I do not think it would be too difficult.

Since #1510816: Wrong SQL patterns in amazon_item_lookup_from_db is fixed maybe add a D7 branch?
