Problem/Motivation

While CONTRIBUTING.md recommends gerund-type names like writing-automated-tests (even though it most likely should not #3585395: Move from 'gerund naming' of skills to drupal-<[domain-]-task-or-topic> pattern), how-to-write-documentation kinda sticks out like a sore thumb. :P Our "best practices" project is not conforming to its own "best practices"! 🤣

Proposed resolution

Rename how-to-write-documentation => writing-documentation

I think this will also be solved in #3585395: Move from 'gerund naming' of skills to drupal-<[domain-]-task-or-topic> pattern as we'll rename it using the new patterns.
