Cannot update new feeds after update to 4.7.5

After upgrading from 4.7.4 to 4.7.5, I can no longer update any new feeds. All feeds exisiting prior to the upgrade are working fine. All new feed produce a 403 Forbidden error. I have verified that the feeds are not being blocked and I can access the feeds from a browser on the web server.

Any ideas?
