I saw that Electoral lists is just to "friends" if not sorry. (How can I change Electoral lists or invite friends to vote).

My suggest is Electoral lists is like invite module.
If this poll have into a group the guest will automaticlly subscriber of this group and automaticlly your friend (or could be a option to Electoral lists in each poll)

Could be a good way to invite friends to join into community.

Hey Mario, thanks for the suggestion. I'm actually planning to start improving the electoral list option over the next few days.

At the moment the electoral list can only consist of users who have "vote on polls" access. However, I am about to make it to where you can add and delete from the electoral list based on certain users, roles, or organic groups. I'll see about adding an invitation type of option too.

Okay electoral lists now support you adding individual users, removing individual users, and clearing the list entirely.

Work on this will continue on the Drupal 5.0 version, specifically the ability to send emails to the electoral list.
