We are using Drupal 7.23 and have a very basic advanced poll setup. The problem is when a user is on IE8 and they click the Vote button, nothing happens and they get the following error message:

"An error occurred while attempting to process /system/ajax:"

Is this a known issue? I could not find anything in the issue queue with this exact problem.

Hello!

I have a problem with reproducing the error because I don't have the same browser.
IE8 is unsupported browser now. I change the priority of the issue.
But if you attach the patch to fix it, I'll commit it :)

Yeah I would definitely close this issue. This was a long time ago and our company was still using IE8. We aren't anymore and hopefully no one else on the planet is. Lol
