Thanks for the report and patch. Commited at http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=73713.

When committed I realized that this might be better moved into _advpoll_user_voted, i.e instead be checked by $node->cancel_vote. Let's get a second opinion on this when Chris is back.

Hmm tough call. It's probably a little bit better to put it in _advpoll_user_voted to keep the checks centralized.
