#advimage-edit-gallery-form div.advimage-edit-gallery-image {
    clear: both;
    float: left;
    overflow: hidden;
    padding-bottom: 3px;
    padding-top: 3px;
    width: 100%;

	cursor:hand;
	cursor:grab;
	cursor:-moz-grab;
	cursor:-webkit-grab;
  cursor: url(https://mail.google.com/mail/images/2/openhand.cur), default !important;
}

#advimage-edit-gallery-form div.ui-sortable-helper {
  cursor:grabbing;
  cursor:-moz-grabbing;
  cursor:-webkit-grabbing;
}

#advimage-edit-gallery-form div.ui-sortable-helper {
  cursor: url(https://mail.google.com/mail/images/2/closedhand.cur), default !important;
}

This will change the cursors in the edit gallery page.

Good idea. I will add that later.
but for now you can change that in theme.
but cursor image - better way store locally I think + what about license of image?

Yes they need to be stored locally. I don't know about the license, the above cursors are provided by google.

That's not a good idea use images/graphics if there is nothing clear with license. If you want you can add all too your drupal theme css manually
