The project page suggests use of Tour module, but that module is deprecated in Drupal 10.3 and will be removed in Drupal 11.0, so we should no longer recommend it.

Yes, the project page could do with an update, it also says "Drupal 98 and later: Help Topics and Tour".

Overall, it would be great with some documentation about this module in modern Drupal, and I created #3541356: Document how Advanced Help framework works.
