I am a little confused as to how I override CSS in the popup window.

I have a .css file in my help module that is able to override everything within .advanced-help-topic, but I can't seem to override things like body.background. I have tried overriding the theme css as well as the help-popup.css but with no luck.

If anyone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate the help. Thanks.

Have you tried inspecting the source? What module have you installed is creating a pop-up effect?

Closing because I assume you've resolved this by now. I'm not fully experienced with Advanced Help but any pop-up you're seeing isn't created by Advanced Help (I can't see any JS files).
